- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
